I want to thank Boris for helping me find and rent a home in Westchester. I had very little time, and there were not many options on the market. Even with these challenges, Boris helped me quickly find a great place in an excellent location that was right for me.
Boris was very patient, always available, and helped me through every step of the process. I’m very glad I met Boris and worked with him. Thank you so much for your help! I would definitely recommend Boris to anyone looking for a great realtor.

Boris was knowledgeable about the market and worked with us to come up with a strategy that we were comfortable with. There was never any pressure but he would also let us know when something needed to be taken care of, and would always ask how we wanted to proceed. Our sale took a few months and we had to let the first few offers go because we were not ready to commit. This could have been a challenge for Boris and team, but they took it in stride and allowed us to move at our own pace. Highly recommend Boris and his team.

The best real state person ever seen. He is truly dedicated, well mannered and straight forward humble person. Boris always treated me as a brother and guided me patiently to find out my first home. As a first time home buyer, Boris helped in every sector from Finding the best mortgage lender to Real state attorney. Each and every step Boris helped and suggested me the best thing to choice. He is an excellent real state agent and tremendous person. Highly recommended Boris as a real state agent.

I connected with Boris through a lender. He came with the highest praise and he ended up exceeding expectations. Initially, I set out to purchase a home in Westchester. However, he helped me reassess my current situation and come up with a plan for homeownership in the near future. We thus decided to postpone. Knowing that I still needed housing, we pivoted to looking for a rental. The journey was arduous but Boris worked tirelessly on my behalf, making endless calls and helping me stay motivated and positive throughout the difficult process. Eventually, we prevailed and I was able to find a beautiful rental on budget and in my preferred area. This was all due to Boris’ keen real estate insight, his compassion and his resourcefulness. I highly recommend him. With gratitude ✨
